Out of control.

Two trains swimming laps down the tracks. Simplified logistics making lines back and forth. Pictures painted redefining the mundane. Two trains set to collide. Simple calculations thwarted by reality. Chugging along with nowhere to turn. Apply the brakes - physics simply cannot compensate for this realized disaster - Tensions high and fate is inevitable. Destruction. Rage. Deadlines failed. Cargo lost. These two trains will soon lose purpose. Moved from practical to symbol of carelessness in planning. Moments away - soon to be lost. At the last moment the rails switch. The conductors pass by with little more than a glimpse at their potential fate. These two trains, back on their projected courses. Past anxieties and worries. Attack and release. Sudden calm - just moving forward. Making this line. Completing its purpose. These two trains - mundane and relaxed. Continue forward; a product of routine.

Bodhisattva

Little Buddha
Sitting so proud
Happy to be
Enlightened and free

Little Buddha
Up on my desk
Teach anattā to me
So I can be free

Little Buddha
On a little perch
Searching for Nirvana
Establishing Theravada

Beauty in Art

As I observe these people
Lost in their art
Creating these sounds
Destroying conventions
Manifesting the emotional
Into the tangeable
I feel a glimpse of remorse
For a single strum, note, or brushstroke
Represents a pain, obsession, and psyche
That is necessary to create
Beauty in art.
